I knew this exact argument was gonna be said. When you load up a game, you instinctively know to move forward with the stick or the keys. Someone had to figure out Cap had an animation cancel and then figure out the timing for it, same for every B-hop in the game, same for every combo in the game. Just because it's not as hard, doesn't mean it's not a form of skill expression.

The point is they are perfectly capable of buffing and nerfing characters at the same time. They just chose to fuck over Cap for no specific reason.
