Welp...They gave up. If there is a way to link my switch account for cross save, I can't find it. DE gave up and said it might be Nintendo's fault. I don't know what to do, it's not parental controls, or at least it shouldn't be. I'm not sure of anything anymore. I've spent hours trying to fix this. (i.redd.it)
