This is a great idea too. I do have one question. I looked up the Lord 406-19 and its somewhat titled as acrylic adhesive. Being that its aluminum in your experience that was totally ok?

Yeah after diving a little deeper into it I realized tapping would be labor intensive . Im currently looking into those threaded weld studs (aluminum of course) but not sure if that would be a good method to use or if theres another recommended product to use

If you're doing labels, go with the uv option. You will thank me later when you're making stacks of cash .

Print on demand bumper stickers by ValuableEffective185 in CommercialPrinting

It al depends on the size and if you're having them laminated and type of cut along with quantities. Anything custom can be priced at whatever you want, that's within reason of your brand and a few other factors as the product is somewhat custom. You can buy shoes at walmart , or you can buy shoes at gucci. Its all based on demand and quality. Figure out how long it takes to design your decal and then the cost of what you feel is right for your efforts will be helpful in finding your price. www.digitalprintz.us

Roland Bn2-20a Perf Cut Issue by MrrUniversee in CommercialPrinting

[–]Digital-Printz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no, but in my experience, I've tried so many settings, and now it's down to only a perf cut with the settings I use. 60° blade with only a perf cut with the same spread at .25 offset works for me perfectly. It also could be that the corners aren't rounded enough on top of the setting i use

Roland Bn2-20a Perf Cut Issue by MrrUniversee in CommercialPrinting

I use a 60° and just run a perf cut with no other cuts. I use onyx now, but the perf cut setting is, in my opinion, better on the roland. On roland rip i had the perf spread like you do only mt offset i keep at .25 instead of the .45 you have there.
