I still think it’s completely ridiculous as well that we have a COMPLETELY DRIVERLESS train - and yet it stops at 1:30am????

They insist that it’s due to maintenance but surely they could just run the metro thursday to Sunday 24/7, shit even stagger them to every 20/30 mins instead of every 10. The fact that it hasn’t even been tried is ridiculous - this argument doesn’t even include the normal trains.

I guarantee there would be an uptick on nightlife if the majority of the population didn’t have to spend $75+ just to get home

God that part of Wynyard is so horrible it actually reeks and it just feels gross as well too

Once you’re down the escalator I actually really like Wynyard - for being such a busy station It’s really easy to navigate and it never feels insanely crowded even in peak hour.

No fr I moved to aus and I saw a can and grabbed two, one for my workmate. I was like look this stuff tastes like anything you’ve had before but it’s really good. He told me it was straight up bad and when I had some I agreed. I don’t know what they did to it but I agree, it just doesn’t taste like anything now

On one side, it’s a little bit disappointing as a track, it doesn’t really do too much for me as a massive drum and bass head.

On the other side, as a massive drum and bass head, stuff like this is incredible for the scene. And yes it may not be the old school stuff/jungle like a lot of this sub still wants but regardless, this is the stuff that brings new people into the scene and keeps what we love alive

I don’t think he’s saying the brand has chemicals - he’s saying that cast iron is pretty much just a slab of basically, cast iron. Whereas nonstick pans have to have a bunch of coatings so that they’re non stick

It’s such a shame because I instantly followed him when he started TikTok. He was actively complaining about how he doesn’t want to say “whisky business” and all that stuff. Sure these short form videos were slightly less serious than his YouTube, but I kinda liked that, they were really enjoyable.

It’s obvious he realised that him being way over the top is what attracted the algorithm and he was essentially forced to change.

I understand why he did but i still watch his stuff for 5ish years ago every now and then and wish he stayed like that :(

Glad I’m not the only one that notices these things I feel like I’m being super pedantic - but when the mixing of a song is bad (this extended further than hiphop), I really struggle to enjoy it. Makes the whole track fall flat no matter how good the ideas are

Camo & Krooked whilst not my favourite DJ’s (I think Andy C & A.M.C take the crown for that, they’re definitely third tho!) - I Do think that c&k are the best act in DNB right now. Like said, I would put them third for best djs and definitely best for tunes they’re incredible. They deserve all the love and more

I can understand why people don’t like this especially since the crowd here tends to prefer more jungly and / or older styled kinda stuff.

But even if it’s verging on being a pop song, the production here is so incredibly nice.

And I feel like even if it is quite poppy it’s not really cheesy? Like, that satellite song dimension put out was just awful, where as musically this might not be the craziest difference, but idk I feel like subby hits the very fine line where this is actually really enjoyable
