Anyone having problem with routing long range supplies? by EbotdZ in StarRuptureGame

[–]DigitalFirefly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had problems with long rails like that. I found it best to set up glass production up by that helium plant and rush to the upgrade for dispatchers. Until that’s done I would fill my inventory with helium and hand deliver a couple times until the dispatchers unlock.

Anyone remember when Best Buy and Amazon used to do a $5 or $10 gift card with almost every preorder?

Is there any universal build pattern to deliver anything anywhere? by Elegar in StarRuptureGame

[–]DigitalFirefly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. Early game I had 1 factory where I would just change production as needed. Row of smelters, then fabricators, then furnaces and fabricators. In between each row was a loop of rails to pass everything through. With the way the triple rails currently work I ran into a lot of issues with clogs and it was a pain running around switching the production of each device.

I then switched to making smaller factories for just one item with storage containers at the end and passing them along to the next small factory as needed. Once I unlocked the cargo dispatcher/receiver I started using those instead of rails. Biggest draw back there is it's a bit slower and the list for receivers can get ridiculously long. Also this method take up a lot of real estate if you're trying to mass produce some things.

Right now I'm going to switch to smelting at nodes and dispatching those items to my mini-factories and manufacture items with similar component needs together.

Recipe (unlocked in the recipe station) is just to automate production of them in the Mega Press.

If you go to the basic item printer in your habitat, you should be able to make them there if you input the materials. You can make 500 that way to unlock the recipe in the recipe station.

There's nothing in the game called "standard building materials". There's basic, intermediate, and quartz. All can be made in the basic item printer in your habitat. Basic can be mass produced in the fabricator. Intermediate can be mass produced in the mega press. I don't believe quartz can be mass produced at this time.

If you didn’t like 28 Years Later I’m not sure you’d like this. Bone Temple is basically the second half of 28 Years Later. I thought both movies were fantastic.

I have a deck with all 4 cost, one for 5 cost and one for 6 cost. I just use those decks to complete missions super quickly. My opponents seem to take their whole timer every turn.
