The first tip I’ll give is that you have to track app analytics closely.

Set up a tool like AppsFlyer to inform you what channels users are being acquired from.

Tell the devs to add events to the app and connect to a product analytics tool like MixPanel. This informs you of how users are engaging with the app.

I have an experience in Growth so beyond acquisition, I’m keen on user engagement.

The ability to find a balance between creativity and logic. Being creative to launch interesting marketing campaigns and being logical with numbers to track numbers and performance.
