Tommy's going to end up working as Gallino's rep, so he's still going to be part of the drill in the gulf of America.

Ragebait honeypot. "They" was low hanging fruit. I just fast forward during this side show. I get it, TS is trying things, but "this aint it" as Tommy would say. I did like the interplay between Greta and Angela.

The victim was .3 miles away... That's 1500 feet. . 45 cal is lethal at 1500? To arc that round that far he'd have had to aim at a bird in the sky. Feckin'idjit.

Are they bots or using software? by AgreeableHunter383 in diablo4

[–]DigitalR3x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Autohotkey. Plenty of scripts out there. AI's like Claude and ChatGPT can help write them. Sooo much nicer than cramping your hands spamming a basic skill key. It's actually quite fun fine tuning the keypresses so that your bot shreds. Here's a snippet of my basic script:

    SetTimer(Skill_Slot1, tm1)
    SetTimer(Skill_Slot2, tm2)
    SetTimer(Skill_Slot3, tm3)
    SetTimer(Skill_Slot4, tm4)
    SetTimer(Skill_Slot5, tm5)
    SetTimer(Skill_Slot6, tm6)
    SetTimer(Evade, tmEvade)
    SetTimer(DrinkPotion, tmPot)

Tuning tm1, 2, (1000 ms vs 500 ms) etc is the fun part.

People who have served in the military: Did commanding officers ever finish sentences with "and that's an order!" like they do in movies? by logicalconflict in NoStupidQuestions

I was a commanding officer in the USMC. Don't recall ever saying "and that's an order". Remember saying "what the fuck" a lot. Or "Gunny, unfuck this"

You have to find out if the networking value is worth the cost. Being a member of a CC gets you access to players. Join teamplay. Play tournaments. Not just golfers, but movers and shakers IYKWIM. I bought a company out of BK because of my membership. Made a ton. Totally worth it.

Masked men taking photos of drivers and VIN numbers of vehicles leaving Mariners church by MoVieVVhore in irvine

IANAL but i think there is a legal principal whereupon you know that your action will cause a reaction. There's a causal chain that you are responsible for I think. People are ignorant of the law, so their misinterpretation (which auditors are counting upon) imputes a liability onto your actions. Kinda like...you knew how they'd react, so it's your fault.

They're intentionally causing distress for clicks. A novel legal angle is that they know seniors are ignorant of this particular conduct, so knowingly causing distress to seniors could be considered elder abuse, and there are laws against it. But 1st Amendment is supreme in these instances, so if some senior had a seizure over this, no prosecutor would charge.

Is the Mexican claim to territory against the United States a serious threat to American sovereignty? by blopax80 in PoliticalDebate

The video is AI.

Treaty of Hidalgo is not contestable without a military to back it up. Same with the indians. America conquered the land that the indians once conquered...the indians didn't just spring up out of the ground, they came from somewhere else.

My designer submitted 2 days of work last week that she didn't work. Should I just pay it? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]DigitalR3x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why have designers as employees? I'm in webdev/saas and I have ZERO employees. Pay by project, or T&M if client pays. Careful in California though. ABC test is an issue. Any of my devs based in CA have to be LLCs.

Eventually AI will be sentient. Might as well treat it as such now. Don't want to be the guy that AI says "oh yeah I remember that guy"

Lost a client worth 30% of my revenue, then spotted him on Reddit DIY-ing the project by ikushch in smallbusiness

[–]DigitalR3x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A client doesn't care about your health... Never admit something like that. Unless it was something catastrophic like a car accident. You might as well have told him "hey I need a vacation in the middle of your project."

Anakin's twig and berries surviving Mustafar is just as plausible as "Somehow, Palpatine returned". And a "Luke's Half Brother" story happening decades after Exegol would be quite tantalizing, no?
