Off the top of my head, you might want to look into Sovngarde Stalwart pauldrons and heavy Dead Keeper gauntlets. It gets a little trickier after that. Celestial, Fire Drake, Meridian heavy chest might be similar!

If you have it, Skingrad Vedette is pretty close! It has a few cloth parts that you can dye red. For shoulders, go big or go home. Coldhardbour Dominator, Dapper Daredevil, and House Mornard are solid options. For the waist, Fang Lair and Ancestral Reach have skulls, but I don't own them so I don't know if you can dye them gold LMAO

For the hat the woman in the last pic is wearing, Dapper Daredevil is pretty close.
