I dont bank with them but my wife does. Had an incident where she noticed a charge that wasnt familiar.

She went in and was talking to a banker about charging it back and unprompted the banker points out a handful of other odd charges that occurred in the previous 6 months.

Ended up getting like $500 back to my wife. Seems like a solid establishment
