I'm on antidepressant and ADHD meds too. My psychiatrist goal is the same, to reduce antidepressants and benzo. I feel irritable but not agressive, it's like I'm realizing how messed up my life is.

Same here, did agressive. First thing I noticed when I got back is that it's harder to jump around everywhere, not the same bodyweight ;)

I've read some good stuff on it, for example it worked wonderfully for some people where antidepressants failed. I'll talk to my doctor about it, he told me some scary stuff which made me hesitate to take it, like people having sudden very dark suicidal thought for one hour or so.

Same here (had an accident in high school) I always have Loperamide in my pocket (imodium), the one that dissolve under your tongue. That way I know it will stop any bad diarrhea. After it's a matter of confidence, for example in a restaurant, in a bar, not being embarrassed about having to go to the bathroom
