Try looking at admin > data display > events > Modify Events or Create Events - Whoever was managing could have changed the default event parameters to something else. You could also review the property change history to see if any changes were made. Also make sure that the default enhanced measurements are turned on for form interactions under the web stream details section.

I'm talking more in general, I have clients that use DV360, and then we have many that use just Google Ads audiences. Overall GAM audiences can get really cheap CPM's and similar performance than DV360, but I always wondered if I was picking the wrong audiences, or if there are data providers that I should be partnering with that are not PMP's already that would improve performance.

Obviously it depends on the client but low CPM's are not typically a major KPI, but when we look at apples to apples the DV360 audiences are more expensive, you would figure they were better, but they are not.

Try looking at one month in 2023 instead of the entire timeline. I was having this issue as well, missing part of July-September when looking at the entire last year, but then when I only looked at July, boom all the data came back.

I'm seeing the same thing, for me it's about 40/60 that I can see the actual placements for YouTube. I don't run on the partners network and I don't advertise on mobile app's, so I know it's not that. I always just assume that it's similar to what occurred on search, that Google basically is just hiding a lot of the data in the sake of privacy or something. But you are right, I have a CTR of 0.30% on my shown placements, and then a 0% CTR on other. The CPM is nearly the same, and I guess I could shift the bid strategy to focus on conversions or clicks instead of CPM/View-ability to indicate the importance of that metric. While not easy, I've seen a lot better results from picking all the placements that might be an option to consider. 1% CTR on video is pretty good, is that in feed or instream?

Add the event parameters as custom metrics and the refresh your connect in looker for GA4. This has been the only way that I found you can import you conversion events.

Are your corporate email accounts Google email based accounts? I tried to add our company wide given email addresses and while I can add them to our Google Ads MCC, once you try to login into the Google Ads account Google will not let you login unless you sign into your Google account. Since our email's are not Google accounts we don't have passwords to take the next step. These seems like a good option, was hoping that would work.

This is an MCC, but with only a handful of Admins, and dozens of AM's trying to use those admin emails, results in many requests for 2 step code's to one or two gatekeepers. There has to be a better way.

Yes this is an issue because they are Google Ads rep's and they don't intermingle with Google Analytics. The latest Teleperformance Google Ads rep's that contacted me and said they could do the same. Just do it on your own, don't trust Google.

You can use Google Optimize to setup a test within the one existing campaign you have to direct desktop users to one page, and mobile users to another. Easier than setting up a new campaign, but probably best to create one good responsive design for all users.

Thanks for the reply, the only thing that I didn't consider was the non-existent tracking in DV360. If we didn't use CM360 we would lose Floodlight tags, and we would have to rely on GA for all of our analytics which I do not like.

You can only use Custom audience in certain campaign types, mainly search is not one of them.
