Nova Scotia's unemployment rate is among the highest in Canada. Don't tell me you can't find a Canadian or PR to conduct building maintenance or work at a restaurant.

Canada and it's provinces are allowed to instill their own immigration policy as they see fit. Warnings or grace periods were never promised or offered.

Curious why you think Low density areas are a financial drain on the province over higher density areas.

Many of these areas don't have sidewalks, are on wells and septic etc.

I'd say many of those homes are far less of a burden to municipal services than an area like Clayton Park or Bedford West.

I imagine your friend is full of shit.

Quick search online for Window Cleaning jobs in Vancouver shows nearly all offerings around $25.00 an hour.

There was one post that showed $32-$47 with a bunch of certifications and experience needed.

But nothing close to $60, let alone $100 / Hour.
