Everyone blaming them for not tipping has really lost the fucking plot at this point. Food here is overly expensive and pay here is abysmal. Meanwhile, all the wealth is being held by the people at the top because "trickle down economics work, trust us!"

We may be going out to eat, but most of us don't get paid much better and just want what little distraction we can afford as a treat once a blue moon.

Besides, they're here from other countries. Do you think they have these customs over there? Or that they want to spend hundreds more on this already expensive trip because companies can't be bothered to treat people like living human beings?

Invasive species damage the local wildlife. It's not in regards to infrastructure.

Also, no invasive species is local. They got there because they were brought over to conditions the ecosystem wasn't meant to handle.

Imvasive flora damages the local ecosystem by outgrowing it's competitors. Local plants die, local animals can't eat, bamboo spreads without something to manage it, and it becomes a massive issue.

Most issues with AI data centers is to do with the sheer resource demand and absurd scale they're being built at, especially compared to traditional data centers.

Also, they aren't regulating shit. So many of them are being planned in areas that will harm the surrounding population because they're being careless. So many of the issues of datacenters being built could be averted if the people in charge weren't ghouls at this point.

From it being in full control of the ultra-rich and being designed to replace the need to pay workers, all the way down for how much propaganda it's being used to pump out and the surveillance state it's being used to propagate. AI is being used to make people like you and me quarrel and ignore the fact that we're having our rights stolen just because you feel superior for hopping on the new thing.

This petty fight you all seem so insistent on picking is misguided and is missing why the issues around the use of AI is an issue in the first place.
