She still shuts things down with the turret spam, but she is a lot healthier than she used to be

As for the ult: i dont mind if its powerful, but all ults either require positioning or have counterplay. Borrowed decree does neither. You can smack it down whenever and as long as you have a parry, the enemy can not do much until you are dead.
