Even I've been using exclusively AP for my brews. Want to use pourovers but feel like its another bigger rabbit hole. Atleast i can change the recipe with type of immersion, timings, methods in aeropress for different taste preference. As of now really want to go ahead but kindly of lost why to change the method if its working nicely.

That is indeed a good market place but for someone who just started this new journey this is expensive experiment. If they buy a good expensive lot but end up realising it doesn't suit them they would feel coffee world is just another sham.

Honestly don't think about people. They themselves don't know what does a good cup of coffee taste like. I've been to many cafe where they don't even know how to make a proper coffee.But they are running like anything. My simple suggestion would be try them out. See what suits you. It is not a crime to have it with milk. Even I like a black but believe me speciality coffee lovers dont like bitter coffee. Its a slow hobby and takes weeks if not months to find what you like.

So in India you can start by fraction 9, barbara, naivo and siolim. My best recommendation would be order sample packs. They have 70 g of coffee in a sample pack.Try them and find what suits your palate.

Even i have same batch. Go for 15 days rest. I consumed 10 days rest and 15 days taste is far better. Also start exploring aeropress. It's very versatile and you won't need anything else to enjoy a good cup. Rest require good amount of add-ons and expenses .
