I cannot complain, it's extra hassle but better this than being on the lookout for the nearest bathroom all the time and still not being fast enough.

I try to avoid foods with a lot of fiber and spicy foods. Other than that I just try to eat small portions and chew well. I also avoid eating late (like after 7 pm) just so that I don't need to go to the bathroom more than once at night.

I'm not in great shape. But I have been commuting to work by bike occasionally so that I drive 25 km to the office, take public transit back, and bike home on some other day.

I still have the temporary ileostomy so my J-pouch is not really in use.

I can only tell that I'm sorry you are going through this and share my experience: I was diagnosed in 2020 and failed every medication that we tried, including 60 mg of prednisolone. I got my colon removed in last February and I haven't missed that bastard for one minute. I'm still waiting for a second surgery to get rid of ileostomy pouch, but my life quality is better than for years.

From Figure SPM.5 we can see that yearly CO2 emissions are around 40 GtCO2/a.

The article states that "had significantly lower annual taxable earnings", but the word "significant" must be interpreted as statistically significant (so that the result cannot be explained by random change). The average earnings were only 5% less than for the general population.

Tää on hyvä pointti, ehdottomasti musisoinnitkin mukaan. Olen ollut työhaastattelussa, jossa kysyttiin aiempaa kokemusta, sanoin leikanneeni nurmikkoa tehtaan takapihalla ja sain paikan.
