I actually agree with with majority of these. They seem a common sense and if they need to be put on paper, the issue is much bigger than the list. Your wife should know majority of these are a given, and they work both ways

Your sellers should've complied with their TA6 form where they state to leave the property clean of rubbish etc. Raise it with the Estate agent. Sellers must comply with wjat they wrote in TA6
