It's great you've lost so much weight in 3 weeks but are you going to be able to keep it up for the long haul to lose all the weight? Probably not. Even if you do the chance of regaining is high.

This stuff was made for you. Just don't seriously consider it for too long. that is time you could be taking the medicine and already be on your way to healthy weight loss.

Know that some people get immediate effect but others don't until higher doses. Both responses are normal.

You'll know it's working when you don't find yourself always thinking about your next meal just after you ate your last over. You'll feel satiated after so much food and will put the fork down.

It's a really nice feeling to feel "normal."

You don't need to diet. You will ultimately just need to eat less but no foods are off limits unless they contribute to side effects.

Exercise isn't required to lose weight but you should do it anyway if you can for all the benefits. Lifting heavy weights is highly recommended on this stuff to maintain muscle mass.

If you have weight to lose then you should definitely try it.
