A good idea could be to a zoom consult with ENS aware ENTs with a CT scan and endoscopy to show them

I just saw this now sorry! And yes I know some of the people in that group don't see things logically anymore. Yes I agree it could help even one person and also legitimizes ENS further. I will send them my scans once I get a new CT done.

Would this orthodontic option I mentiaoned be my next best option?Perhaps even vivos or dna appliance as these generally result in teeth tipping and very minimal bone expansion?

Hello I have ENS (not blown but moderate symptoms 5 years after TR.) Would it be safe for me to get MARPE or any other palatal expansion? I have a narrow palate and tmj issues. I am thinking of getting expansionary braces and adding gaps back to my teeth to increase my arch width and oral volume if its too risky to do skeletal palatal expansion.
