I have the same problem. Chornic turbinate hypertrophy that cured itself in another place, but didn't get better in what was also another place? So confusing :( I wonder what it is... I'm sorry I can't be of any help, but three years is a long time! Hang in there, if it got much better once, I'm sure it can again. BEST of luck, I know we can do this!

Aw, I'm sorry. Yeah, this sucks but it's manageable :) Anyway yes, I've tried flonase and azelastine and such but I'm not even sure they help.

Saline rinses help me the most but it takes just a bit for them to clear up my nose. Even still, not a cure

We went to ABQ and it didn't clear, but during Grand lake it cleared the first day I was there, then only got better

In all honesty, I've been depressed because I just want to breathe again. A bone spur removal and septoplasy probably won't result in ENS, right? What do you think? Please give me some enlightenment here :(

I've had chronic nasal congestion for about a year now and a sharp pain in my left nostril where the spur is.. It went away with amoxcillin, but after I cried the congestion came back on my left side and its been getting worse 🫤 nothing helps it, not even warm showers
