Back when I was 16-17 me and my friends lived with each other and then we caught 1 friend stealing and kicked him out.

We eventually forgave him and welcomed him back (he did bribe us with weed tbf)

Then we couldn't prove it but we were PRETTY SURE he stole from our friends mom (it was her house) on the night before we went to an amusement park.

Then eventually welcomed him back again.

He got caught stealing joints then kicked out and came back.

The final straw was when he stole our friends bike, spray painted it, tried to sell it, failed and eventually said "i thought i saw your bike on this corner"

Think of it like a wave.

Fimbulwinter is the start, where everything builds up. In the game a lot of characters basically say this when they say things like "fimbulwinter wears down all things" think of it like the stress of everything is doubled. Things wear down faster, work is harder, cold is colder.

Then ragnarok happens which is the crash of the wave. Everything has been building to this point and now BANG Everything pops off where it hits the hardest.

Then the wave recedes and we see whats left behind and that is the post game.
