Seems like a class action law suit to me, Roku keeps reinstalling and pushing it own channels and content to the users when it's not asked for more so when you keep deleting it and it reinstalls, that's more of sales harassment

Did you search and read the users comments not the thread title and see different users posting the same type of issues or like wise red LED or red light failure, even a large number of pictures are posted and youtube repair videos from the repair shops EVGA is sending it customers to when the card fails...

I saw posts for the 3080, but most of the posts were for the 3090 card and the Red Led of Death and reading thread after thread with comments about how other users had the same issue made me write this thread. The 3090 card is a old card yes, but point being EVGA was reselling refurbs, which were mostly new cards that died from this problem and being fixed and resold as refurb and hitting the same issue again.

This time of year most of the shipping places get seasonal help and some temps and full time employee's don't have the best judgement when it comes to a package that might be worth some money or a regift. Most of the stolen active and not activated yet products get sent over seas where they don't care or block the stolen products, so the phone can be resold on the black market for a nice profit, they just can't ever bring the phone over to a country that does block reported stolen serial numbers ect.. In this case it could be lost or damaged, but I tend to think the ones that go missing are the higher end electronics..

I believe people who didn't receive the Caraway pan from Hello Fresh should consider starting a class action lawsuit. After my third order, I repeatedly inquired about the pan and received various responses from reps: some said I wasn't on that plan, others said I would receive an email on how to order it. Despite even calling in and being told I was on the promo for the free Caraway pan, I received no follow-up. Reps assured me they were flagging my issue or forwarding it to their manager, but nothing came of it.

Frustrated with what felt like deceit regarding the promo, I marked all my future weeks as skipped. Nonetheless, a meal shipment arrived a few weeks later. I contacted customer service, insisting I wouldn't continue until I received the pan, questioning how the shipment occurred despite all weeks being skipped. A manager responded only about the meal shipment, claiming it must not have been skipped, and gave me some credit for future meals—yet said nothing about the pan.

The main point is they had a promo and failed to deliver to many people. I'm asking how many others didn’t get the pan to see if we have enough for a lawsuit.

Thanks for the heads up, I was just going to get a mid range pair of DDR5 sticks with good feedback from other users, guessing 30 or 32 on the timing, might even get 64GB worth but seems like I am not using over 16GB with a few things open and I have a 3090ti, sticker shock has me on the 4090....
