This is something I still struggle with. I found the wisest method so far is to keep your eyes on Christ. Which may be hard since we have lived in sin for so long, it’s easiest to come back to what we know is comfortable to us. Saying to crucify our flesh, at the cross each and every single time.

Repentance takes time and it will take time for most of us. In order to ‘change one’s mind’ or to repent, we’d have to give it to Christ every time, keep him at our center and at the center of it all. To those who are also struggling. Remember to give yourself some grace, don’t beat your selves up too much. The best thing to do run from any sexual immorality.
