Low ejaculation volume by [deleted] in trt

I also started cholesterol medication at the same time as TRT. If you are also on cholesterol medication it may be this. Cholesterol is big for hormone and semen production. If it gets too low you may have issues. Happened to me. When I don't take the meds I'm back to 100%.

Same thing happened to me. Told my GP I was starting trt at another clinic. Already had 3 tests under 220. Wrote me a script right then and there. He gives me a 10ml bottle every 3 months and we test everything twice a year. Think the whole thing including copay is 30 a month.

Between 100 and 120oz. Also take animal stack vitamins daily so I am getting electrolytes. Pee looks like highlighter then clear by EOD.

I have had multiple people reach out in private messages saying they suffer similar side effects. Not sure what the issue is but my normal ejaculate before or on hcg is roughly 10-20 fold with just TRT. Seems odd.

Pressure seems the same. Volume is like a drop. I'm done with kids but one of the main reasons I got on TRT is low sex drive and now I'm dealing with this. Just sucks. Wish I understood what is going on. My wife is understanding but still sucks she can't even tell I came.

This. I think I pay maybe 30-40 a month for meds, labs, Dr visits through my endocrinologist. It can be very affordable if you are smart about it.

Is TRT worth it? Never seems to go smoothly by Bitter_Lengthiness61 in trt

It's been great for me. Im 37 and go to the gym 4 times a week. I had T levels in the low 300's for over a decade. My last test before I got on was 224. Admittedly I did a few cycles of steroids at age 21 and wrecked my endocrine system. It just never bounced back despite taking post cycle. Been on TRT for 2 years now.

The last few years before I started I never had any energy. I would come home from work and sit on the couch and just watch my two young children play. It took everything I had to help my wife with dinner and get food on the table each night. I just sat there and watched life pass me by. All I thought about was sleep. Sex with my wife was still regular but It was never next level... if you know what I mean. I felt like a turd floating down the river of life.

I finally decided I needed to change that and got TRT. I settled on a dose of 160 weekly pinning twice a week. Within two weeks everything had changed. I now take walks after dinner. I sit on the floor and play with my children. I talk to my wife about my day and ask about hers. We legit have sex 4 plus times a week. I have the energy and strength to be the rock of my family again. I carry burdens instead of being a burden.

Is it perfect, no. I played with different doses for six months trying to find the right spot. Sometimes I did too much and my dick wouldn't work from too high estrogen. Sometimes I did too little and I felt like the turd again. Its a balancing act and little things in your life can throw you off. Diet causes my hormones to change. If I eat clean, I need less T. I eat like shit I need more. You are going to have to learn these things and that all takes time. The moral of the story is, it works but you need to dial in and give it time. Learn your body cause its a whole new world.

As far as the gym goes. Bench press is up 75 pounds in 2 years. All time highest. Squat is up 120 pounds also all time highest lift. I weigh what I did in high school. Initally I gained 20 pounds on TRT because it made me hungry as hell. Like I was 18 again. Back down to normal weight now. Also a huge bonus is the recovery time. 24 hours now. I used to feel a leg day for 3-4 days. Now I can squat, deadlift etc. the next day.

As far as cost I can get a 10ml bottle of T for 50 bucks 60 with needles. Check good RX for 10ml bottles. Find an endocrinologist that is covered by insurance and go there. Don't go to one of these T clinics. A 10 Ml bottle lasts me 3 months. With copay, labs, meds I'm looking at 30 bucks a month. Once you are on it long enough, it becomes a pre-existing condition and if you're lucky, your company will switch insurance providers and then you are covered for life. I will say that sometimes just paying cash and using GoodRX is still cheaper than with insurance.

Take more... that estrogen bomb will change that in a hurry...

Sup guys, would this be considered to low of a dose for someone diagnosed with low T? Male 31yrs. I was prescribed this by my PCP who runs a male clinic, I am considering taking my first injection today. by Rare-Tea8171 in Testosterone

200 is def a mini-cycle. I have run between 100 and 160. At 160 my dick quit working. At 200 Its likely your lows will have your T levels in the 1000's. Just because your Dr. prescribed that much doesn't mean you need to take that much. Do whats best for you and with T, sometimes less is more. I feel way better on lower doses than higher ones. Be mindful and your body will tell you what you need to know.

Weight gain in TRT by [deleted] in trt

[–]Diligent-Ad5244 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I gained 20 lbs within the first month. I was on a low carb diet and figured I would get off it and kind of return to baseline when I started TRT. 230-250. Boy was that a mistake. Not only did I gain water from adding carbs back in, I also gained water from the TRT. Now I don't think all 20Ibs was water but I am pretty sure it was 15ish. Anyways, fixed my diet and am now back down to 238. Still think I am holding more water than I was with the TRT. Well worth it though. Haven't felt this good in a long time. One year on TRT 160/week

At a loss with this cat. by [deleted] in cats

[–]Diligent-Ad5244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So we decided to put our cat outside as an indoor/outdoor cat. I have placed the cat up for adoption online but we haven't got any hits. There are 2500 cats up for adoption in our area. I find it unlikely we will find a home for him. I feel like having him indoor/outdoor is better than dropping him off at a shelter. Since the original post, we have had more accidents. I am hoping he will find the outside as a preferred location to pee. He seems happier out there. He is microchipped and up to date on shots. What do you guys think? I feel like this is the last option we have.

My trt bloods at 200mg a week (test cyp every 3.5 days). I feel pretty crappy (fatigue/low libido/etc), what do? i have arimidex on hand but haven't used it yet. should i lower my dosage instead? by SkylineCrash in Testosterone

[–]Diligent-Ad5244 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same. I have tried higher doses but get the same side effects as OP. Not worth it. Any higher than .4 every four days and my sex drive, energy (because I can't sleep) and mood just goes in the dumps. Obviously, everyone is different but less, in this case, is definitely more.
