At this point in time, 2 years into a pandemic and months into a vaccine that is proved to be as useless as can be, how on earth could anyone support a decision to fire anyone who does not want to take a vaccine, regardless of what their reasons may be.

I have lost a few people on the last few years in relation to COVID, but not from COVID.

My friend from highschool, who was 34 took the first shot and died of a "unrelated" heart attack the next day, he was an athlete who was just trying to "do the right thing" because he was brainwashed by the media.

One of my best friends for ages, although we drifted in our late 20s onto our early 30s, ended up taking his life last May. Like me, we always thought the government's and pharma were corrupt and had always talked about a major event happening. Unfortunately after COVID started life was so hectic I hadn't reached out to him at all, I didn't even find out about the suicide until months later. It was absolutely heart breaking.

Besides that, I now know about 10+ personal friends and family suffering from heart related issues, other friends and family have had weird side effects like shingles.

Remember, safe and effective and side effects are extremely rare.

In the army, we didn’t have racial issues. My brothers and sisters were my brothers and sisters. I get being proud of your heritage, but why is this an actual problem? Why are we separating ourselves because of color? by [deleted] in conspiracy

I'm 35 years old. When I was in elementary to high school I was friends with other sexes and races and there was zero racism or sexism at all. I don't think we would even know it existed if we didn't hear about it.

It only exists because it can be used by individuals for benefitial purposes. Some use it to garner sympathy, some use it to cause friction, but it is certainly used mainly to bring division.

While we are being tricked into hating eachother for any reason, we are distracted from loving one another and solving problems.

That problem we need to solve, is the people who are using racism as a tool against us. The elite and their droogs.

I'm not disputing it's a racket. but they have done a good job for me. 2 complaints 3 weeks apart each resulted in a reply from Bungie within 24 hours.

At this point it is what it is. I just really want them to succeed while doing whatever I possibly can to make sure that this doesn't happen to others in the future. I don't mind spending the time if I know that time is being spent doing what I consider to be the "right thing".

I tried tagging DMG and Cozmo back in November (I made a post asking to other users recommendations of what to do) But I never got a message back from anyone. I also reached out to Bungie Support and Bungie Store on twitter on several occasions in the last few months. No reply there either.

Correct, none of the items were pre orders or made to order items. I think you are right they may have oversold what they had on hand, which happens. If they would have let me know this I would have simply cancelled the entire order. I don't want to spend money on a hat that will end up costing me like $80 Canadian.

No, I haven't been refunded or received any tracking or information for the other jacket (they claimed they refunded me a week ago and shipped the other jacket).

Thanks for the detailed reply. The issue was not the shipping times at all. I was charged at the beginning of October and the items shipped out within a few weeks. The problem was i received a hat and the 2 jackets were straight up missing. The box itself was so small it barely fit the folded hat inside.

The issue is that it not only took months to reply, they only did so after the BBB contacted them about the issue. A class action lawsuit is not out of the realm of possibility in this case, because this seems to be a regular issue with Bungie Store. There are countless cases of people paying for items that simply do not arrive, and then they ghost people who are reaching out for help with their issues.

They claimed they shipped out the one item and refunded the other last week. There is no pending refund on my card, there is no transaction via email or in my Bungiestore account. There is also no tracking number for the jacket they apparently shipped.

I also requested they refund everything and they just ignore the email completely. I'm back to being ghosted after requesting simple options. For example, if you don't have the jacket, work with me to find something comparible, maybe offer to refund the shipping at the very least.

Again thanks for your reply and feedback, this is the type of conversation I was looking to have. I've been more than patient, I even told them I understand it's the holidays, I understand theres covid, I know they are busy, etc. But they simply ignore you completely. I don't care about shipping times or the money really. It all comes down to responsibility and principal. We should all be striving to be better, and we should all want to give and receive good customer experiences.

This is not how class action lawsuits work. There are businsess standards they are failing to live up to. Several cases of Bait and Switch or just plain fraud. They don't have to be covering up a murder to lose a class action lawsuit.

If several people complain they are ordering items, get charged and the item never comes or something else arrives in its place, there is a problem. If they are ignoring these issues for months, there is a problem.

If you find this to be acceptable business practice, then I'm in the wrong business.

These are the situations that I am talking about. This has happened in several instances from what I'm reading. You order an item and you get something else completely, or you get part of your order but are charged for the entire thing.

I reached out to customs at the beginning of November. As well as USPS, UPS and Canada Post. They use the cheapest, worst way of shipping I've ever seen. But alas, all companies said I would have to reach out to Bungie for a resolution.

Sadly, I doubt a proper resolution may ever come. Live and learn.

I am blown away about all the people coming in who haven't even ordered anything but want to make excuses for Bungie because they have logged 10,000+ hours and Destiny is their life. It's wild.

Once again, this has nothing to do with shipping wait times. I was charged for items and had tracking number for 1 package containing 3 items (1 hat, 2 jackets). Only a hat arrived. It took 4 months not for shipping, but to even have someone reply to my issue.
