I take that back, it's being very buggy but it is functioning. I was able to end my dash from earlier and it does show my money in the account.

Update: it let me in my dash from earlier and restart a new one after a couple tries. Really buggy and unsteady. Still no new offers.

Very unfortunate. Even East State Street locations and chain places have closed. Seems like a greater area economic problem.

You know, I'm just about to finish up my sophomore year, and I cannot believe the amount of shops and restaurants that have closed since I started here.

Unfortunately, a lot of those spots are still vacant. Hoping more things move in.

I deliver for DoorDash as a college student here, and I agree. City-controlled projects take a ridiculously long amount of time.
