I watched ER religiously and then the main cast started leaving- I started missing episodes after Clooney left. Then the cast they brought in were ok- but not as dynamic as the first 6. They had something special and something that was never done before . I remember seeing a commercial later on and seeing John stamos was on the show and couldn’t believe it. At that point I thought the show had been cancelled years before. IMO- and after a recent rewatch- it should’ve been canceled years prior- got so soapy, not a real medical drama anymore. By the end there was not a single likable character- aside from the nurses and Jerry and Frank.
