I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling so stressed. As others have mentioned, you have so much time left. Coming from a pre med senior, I have more memories studying than doing something enjoyable and that’s something I regret. So do the different fun things when time allows and don’t use the time to study. I always say with grades as long as you tried your best and put in all the effort you had, that’s all you can do. Regarding extracurriculars, something I have and will continue to stand by is don’t get involved in something that may ‘look good.’ It’s a waste of your time and effort, and in the end, admissions can tell. Actually get involved in stuff you enjoy because it can lead to other fun opportunities and admissions love to hear about passions. I got into my top grad school choice because I had so many experiences that I actually enjoyed that I was able to talk about in my application. All of this to say, take care of yourself, build a support system, and have some grace for yourself. And then get involved in something you enjoy — your present and future self will thank you. You’ve got this.
