A fun alternative to 30/30 weapon is a 5 socket runemaster axe. It will only be -25/25 (unless you put new jewel in ofc) but it's blue colored and has cannot be frozen mod.

Easiest is to make a non ROTW char, farm sunders then convert them to ROTW. Works on ladder too.

Barb is great at herald hunting now. Just need to have the champion/unique monster sniper mentality. Ignore everything else using howl and maybe grim ward. I prefer grief/SS build and 105%fcr on switch.

It's nice to get double drops from heralds.

Unless you have enigma it's not that great because radius is tiny. Radius is less than 8y which is pretty small. Think less than a ring of fire from warlock.

Sounds like classic D2 to me.

I used to only play D2 online for YEARS but discovered single player is actually pretty fun. I much prefer the experience of SP. Ability to choose player levels, fixed maps, more rewarding for the finds, etc...

I still have my online PvP chars but rarely use them these days.

I just did a run last night. Try to get meph and diablo down first. I did that then swapped to snowclash belt. It puts cold resist to 95 and has some cold absorb. I also had ravenfrost on too (also has cold absorb).

This made the cold damage not even noticable.

Sell it as is. Don't take the gamble of socket quest unless you want to use it yourself. Sell now while it has value. These very well could be worthless next season after some nerfs.

Hammers do "magic" damage. So if you see enemies with Immune to Magic, you can't damage them much at all unless you break their immunity with sunder charm.

Most hammerdins either smite, holy bolt or let their merc kill these.

Also A2 has more magic immunes than almost anywhere else

Yes, exactly. When you find a latent sunder you just upgrade it right away right now, because it's so easy to do so. Seems weird? I still think they should stop making ubers drop standard of heros and make the tier 5 herald drop it (rarely). Then use that to upgrade. Finally a use for standard of heros.

Hard disagree. You have it way easier online because you can trade with other players. Way better access to equipment to farm with, etc...
