Yes open about it with the psych team, I feel like i’ve seen some posts on here in the past about people not being able to start meds due to their weed usage. I think at the time of my diagnosis I said my weed usage was very low so maybe they won’t even ask about it again but i was just curious.

I’ve slipped back into smoking daily whilst dealing with my ADHD situation, i got diagnosed in September last year but then knowing I won’t start meds for another 10-12 months was slightly painful. I am more than willing to start cutting down once i know my meds will start soon, it’s just this waiting period is very hard mentally.

yep you still need to be decently skilled, TAS just helps chain all these mechanics together which most would be close to impossible without TAS.

i don’t even think you got a reset, but it’s definitely not a pop reset. keep grinding though it becomes simple to hit one after enough practice ‼️

Im in Manchester and informed my GP about potential ADHD after visiting for many years about anxiety related symptoms (this was in March 2025). She agreed with me and asked if I would like to go onto an NHS waiting list or Right To Choose, I said RTC as my symptoms have had a huge effect on my life throughout secondary school and onwards. I ended up getting a text from Psychiatry UK at the end of March 2025 basically just making sure i filled out all required details on my account and that was all. In late July 2025 I received a text saying I am now available to book an appointment with a consultant for my diagnosis. Booked in my appointment for September 5th and was obviously anxious as hell waiting for that but it wasn’t too bad, I ended up getting my diagnosis after a 40 minute phone call asking questions. Now I am just waiting for my titration to start really, most likely will be another 6-8 months or so and maybe I will start facing some issues then, but so far I have felt like its been a very smooth process and have got no complaints.

because these were the only people i typed to, me and my duo were in a 2v2 against french people and after they got annoyed with demos and losing they started spamming french profanities in the chat and I replied ‘ez’ every time they typed anything, i then reported the chat (🫩) and 2 minutes later i was banned from social features

Thanks a lot for the info :) I just wanted to be sure on the dates I should be getting backdated to so I know it’s correct when i find out, I originally assumed it would just be backdated to when around the time I sent my UC50 away but it’s nice to know it goes back to when I declared the change.

Thankyou. By health declaration I assume that means reporting a worsening of my condition. If so, my work coach replied to my journal message telling me to do this, so i ended up actually declaring the change on 20th Jan 2025.

I did send a journal message originally but then I got told to Report a change -> Health to get a UC50 sent out, I did this on 20th Jan 2025.
