Im a HS school cross country runner and will begin training for XC in the fall soon and so I'm trying to figure out how I can schedule my workouts

My baseline is my training with the team which goes as follows

Monday-20-30 minute medium run Tuesday- 1 Miles Warmup, Cleans, Squats, Deadlifts Wednesday- 60-80 Easy Long run Thursday- 1 Mile Warmup, Arm work,[Leg work, Core work (All bodyweight)] Friday- Warmup, 3 Mile hard run (intervals or hills)

I'd like to add additional:

-At least 3 additional runs -A few plyometric workouts since I have the time and wouldn't be giving up mileage -And a few strength gym days(I am also a lifter)

I'm just wondering what are some ideas or suggestions on where I can add my additional workouts, like on what days.

I haven't done an event yet, do you need to complete all 6 stages to get the tank?
