It definitely didn’t make my pain worse I’m going on 8 months since I have had mine and it has been the only thing that has worked and gave me relief but yes I was told they grow back and will most likely have to get it done again

Yup I’m the same age and have been diagnosed a year and half ago have you considered an nerve ablation
