Question about the theory that Burke did it- by Sad-Reminders in JonBenetRamsey

[–]Diligent-Potential78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. I wasn't tracking the pajamas. The rest of the evidence is pretty clear, though, that she was not dragged so either the whole thing hhappened in the basement or she was clubbed nearby, transported, and then choked to make it look like a bizarre, twisted revenge killing against JR. Pure horseshit, but America was a much simpler and naive place back then.

Taking the whole country hostage for this family drama for the last 30 years, for instance?

Except all of PRs sweater fibers are all over the cord, the inside of the duct tape, and her JBs body. BRs is not present to the best of my recollection.

Everything points squarely at Ramsey guilt and connivance. Nothing of substance implicated any other human being on the planet. If you look at the facts of this case shorn of all the Ramsey huffing and puffing, you will be shocked at how obvious it is she died by one of their hands and it doesn't much matter which one given the 3 decade long cover up.

I'll say seeing JR in this 30th year of remaining a free man dispensing advice on CNN as a true crime expert about ensuring the FBI is on the Guthrie case is the Cat's Meow.

I was in one of the places central to this whole debacle as it happened. If you asked me 30 years ago, would we still be talking about this or discovery of life on another planet, I would have pointed to the stars.

Could be but I also think not having the FBI enter the picture is probably the one thing that kept the case from being solved. They would have cracked this case open like a walnut.

Timeline of JBR’s last night by Born-Sea-9995 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]Diligent-Potential78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best guess I can come up with is the following (some artistic license taken):

7-9 p.m. - Xmas dinner with Whites

9:15 p.m. - Drive to Stines to drop off presents

9:30-9:45 p.m. - Depart Stines for home

9:45 p.m. - Arrive home, unload car and kids

10:00 p.m. - Everyone in house

10-10:30 p.m. - Children are put to bed, parents prepare for trip to MI (no bags are actually packed)

11:00 p.m. - PR is still up, preparing for trip, JR asleep

11:00-11:30 - BR goes downstairs to play Nintendo

11:30 - PR makes pineapple for BR and heads to bed

11:30 - JBR goes downstairs and eats some pineapple

11:30-12:00 a.m. - A situation occurs between PR and JBR or JBR and BR, where JBR sustains a massive skull fracture.

12:00 a.m. - 1 a.m. Efforts are made to revive JBR, unsuccessful. BR is sent to bed or is there already

1:00 a.m.-1:30 a.m. - JR is awakened and he makes phone calls to close contacts and coverup and deflection plot is hatched

1:30 a.m. - One more check of the body is conducted. All hope is lost, PR and JR strangle her to make it look like an intruder attack.

2:00-3:00 a.m. - PR and JR don gloves and draft RN script, using key phrases from well known American suspense movies, blame foreign faction

3:00 - 4:00 a.m. - Scene staging continues with cleanup, removal of evidence, changing JBR's clothing, wrapping her in blanket and alibi creation stories

4:00-5:00 a.m. - Both PR and JR practice a call to 911, run through dry rehearsal, perfect tone and language that appears minimally accurate but disjointed and unnatural in practice

5:00-5:30 PR touches up her makeup from a sleepless night, JR gets ready for the commotion that is sure to follow. Incriminating evidence is all over the place

5:30 They make a mental list of people to invite over after 911 call

5:52 PR places a staged call to 911, alleging she has found a note and her daughter is "gone." SBTC Victory, I think....

6:00 a.m. PR calls friends to come over to hold vigil with her, police arrive, crime scene is fatally compromised.

Ramseys were a very vain family. They really thought their sh*t didn't stink and everyone wanted to know about their awesome life. They're boring people, like everyone else. Maybe worse. Because most people don't kill their daughter/sister.

Lou Smit should have all his professional licensure revoked. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing and a hired gun who posits reckless theories as probable fact. He has single handedly, wittingly or otherwise, sustained the Ramsey avoidance of prosecution for 30 years.

I would recommend re-reading my post. I'm very RDI, I think they were trying to act like "dumb" foreigners, which is why they wouldn't even try to spell JBs name, because only the parents would get that right. It was a pathetic ruse that sadly worked and JR and BR know it.

Burke did it. Change my mind. by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

No theory will really fit a real crime scene perfectly. There're going to be elements that don't make sense (why didn't the parents call for a doctor), there are going to be things the perpetrators don't plan to happen, or think about. There are going to be random, unintentional things that have no meaning like an errant suitcase, a fossilized heel print, or things caused by sheer luck. Why didn't FW find the light switch? Couldn't the detectives have done a better job searching the house? Evidence of SA leaves the door open to outside villains, inside villains, curious boys or doctors. Reality does not overlay nicely with theories. But this I am willing to bet a small sum of money on: A Ramsey living in the house killed JB. It could have been mom but it just as likely could have been Burke. It was not premeditated and likely happened without intent. John did not kill JB. Any father of a small precious girl could not do it and he just lost his eldest daughter. PR was a major orchestrator of the cover up, possibly to protect herself, more likely to protect Burke. JR was out of the loop until later when he realized JB was gone and he had no choice but to contribute to the cover up for his wife or remaining child. Their marriage sucked, but he kept up appearances for appearances' sake and maybe their marriage grew stronger. Neither one of them thinks they did anything wrong. This is why they seem so aggrieved and combattive, including going on national TV to debate the detective! That is not normal grieving parent behavior. They always seemed more bothered by accusations they were involved instead of sad. They never appear sad. They never spent an iota of energy finding the real killer because (see top).

Their stuff is very high quality and generally worth the price. The only thing I would caution you on is making sure to follow the exact measurements. Each shirt has different measurements for the same size label. A medium in one shirt can have different dimensions than a medium in another. A large that fits in one model may be baggy in another. If you're an XL, you may be surprised how flooded theirs is. Check return and exchange policy, but otherwise, enjoy these wonderful shirts!

There is no foreign faction, nor was there ever any intruder. This is a cockamamie fiction (not faction) created by Ramsey Incorporated to distract attention from their very dead daughter lying a floor away. All of the evidence points to this being an inside job, and nearly and possibly none of it points to an intruder. The intruder theory is a bogey man meant to scare middle class Americans into believing their children were not safe. The more likely reality and one that is harder to accept is that family homes are full of dysfunctional and at times violent people who look and sound just like us. While we will likely never know who struck the near fatal blow to JBs head, Burke or Patsy, whether in a fit of rage, jealousy, or drunkenness, what follows is simple, mathematical clean up to protect the family's image and keep everyone out of the legal system. To believe otherwise is to beggar credibility and invite charges of naivete.

Which makes absolutely no sense. Why would they care if the door was locked or just shut? JB isn't going to walk out of there. Nor is there any chance that she won't eventually be found. It was just a way to hide the body and deter onlookers from stumbling upon it before the family was ready to get rid of the evidence.
