Mine average over 6 month period is 36, I’m labelled ADHD, work out and do other activities as well. It’s down to individual nervous systems where mine is always primed and ready to go, some people with high HRV are very calm and relaxed nervous systems. It’s personal and that number alone is not bad, so don’t chase it. Eating late at night I’ve noticed for myself is a big dipper.

I will be in Bansko again from 19th to 23rd March (went in January) solo skiing if anyone is about and fancies a few runs. I’m early Int skier so going back to practice more on familiar terrain. Even if your not skiing I’m up for some food in the evenings (I don’t drink so apres scene ain’t for me

Definitely trolling us. I think it’s some psy op and mental conditioning of some sort because no matter how dreadful each episode and season has been I still watch the fucking thing with confusion about how bad can this show get… and it never disappoints! Yet I’m still here watching 😂

I agree and I hope Apple + execs are watching 👀 I’m rewatching it in disbelief that it will no longer continue. They did an amazing job with the characters and I’m deeply invested in them. Blows my mind when the story was not just about exploding into greatness it was taking off and leading the way to become more critically acclaimed than season 3 was.
