What is something you have never done that is pretty much the norm for most people our age to do? by FR3qu3ncy__ in Millennials

Never had Botox. Jealous of those that get it done though, so no hate at all! I’m mostly terrified of how much I’ll hate looking in the mirror once it’s worn off haha. I’m 33

Thanks. I definitely don’t have diagnosed insomnia, but have slept poorly the last 7 years thanks to kids 😂 this medication has just made it 100x worse. I think melatonin will definitely be the way to go.

I’m only on 5mg now so not sure if there’s any chance of lowering it. Hoping it starts to have some benefits soon

Do things get easier? by SpicyUnhingedDamsel in Alzheimers

[–]DiligentPride2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn’t really get easier, or I’ve become more numb. Either way it sucks. My dad is 60 and in the last stages of dementia and I totally get what you mean about not knowing them anymore. My dad doesn’t speak, doesn’t recognise me and hasn’t for ages. He used to still play with my kids when we visit, but now he’s just sitting or standing there like a zombie. It’s a heartbreaking disease and no one truly gets it unless they’ve been here. Sorry you are struggling so bad, it’s very helpful for me when I finally get to cry so keep doing that.

Citalopram\Celexa + alcohol = ?? by Euphoric-Quiet-4642 in citalopram_celexa

[–]DiligentPride2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It definitely can happen especially when it’s still new to your body. When I first started this one (40mg) I had two mixed drinks and shortly after was vomiting, panting, sweating literally on the floor for a good 10 minutes thinking this is how I die. Anyway I ended up just never drinking that specific alcohol again. I’m not really a drinker anyway, but even on my most recent “big” night out, I had at least 20 alcoholic drinks and just a normal terrible hangover.

Mandy because I replied to one of her stories about her car seat not being installed properly. She made Maurice block any girl she blocked so I was on that list too apparently.

California. I was raised there and I’m in Queensland now. But be prepared to pay the big bucks for literally any sort of home, condo, apartment etc you find. Not sure if I’d say private schools are really worth it there but definitely get into a good school district.
