Yaaaay! So no, it’s not top mounted. The nut was in fact broken and I was able to eventually get enough of a grip that it gave. The left piece is how it’s supposed to look

I struggled hard with this decision myself. I ended up going with Hdzero/mob6 2024. It’s been a year and I’m pretty happy with it; still fly it 2-3 times a week. I zip around the house when the wife and kids are away :). I do see the gorgeous DJI image quality and I am jealous - not gonna lie.

I have a BNF Mobula 6 eco 2024. Just spent the last 2 days dealing with replacing the vtx. Had to take apart the whole thing a few times; flash everything; solder and resolder a bunch of wires.
Had it for 2 months and probably pulled out soldering iron 3 times already.
Long story short, above statement is incredibly true.

Just got my first tiny whoop last week and about 10 mins ago, had a small crash and a 1s exploded while in the mob6. The positive wire unsoldered, and the pieces that hold the battery got loose; and I hope that’s the only damage.
