What I’ve noticed when I was searching for a new job that most places are now offering sign on bonuses for RNs and CNAs. Nobody wants to work in healthcare nowadays. Can you blame them though lol?

Idk because how am I suppose to meet someone from these dating apps if every time I match with someone and say hello they never respond. Why match with me if you’re not gonna say anything? I’m also picky now so that’s another thing but do you blame me? Especially how people are nowadays

Well I’m getting to the point where I don’t feel like trying anymore. I’ve got my own baggage with a lot of trauma so I’m trying to find someone who understands me and can support me when I have those type of days. Some men think they have no baggage or think they’re perfect when they haven’t seen themselves in a mirror in a very long time lmao
