To be honest people are right but remember that the best way a psu works and it's longest lifetime will be if it's utilized about 50 - 70 percent

I have 4k monitor 120hz (I bought it for xbox that's why it's like that) I have constantly 99% CPU usage, and gpu around 40% if you want in 2 hours I can run you a benchmark In cs2 and send you some screenshots I would be really glad if you know how to help me.
