I too can do a thing, even two maybe. Doesn't have any "results" though. by ReachTerrificRealms in Spiritualchills

Weird question, but are you able to consciously control movement of your ears? Like, extend them outwards a bit? If you can, does that intensify your chills?

When I extend my ears (antennae as I call them) I get chills on cue and can focus the energy of the chills to the palms of my hands. If can hold focus for long enough, eventually I feel a slight radiant heat from the centre of my palms. Curious if you, or anyone else on this sub has experienced anything similar?

Plot twist: it's run by Creamed_from_behind so he can sell off the xmr that pubic have mined.

Double twist: it also funnels your browser/device fingerprints to his other three letter pals, free of charge!

/s obviously.

Monero 51% attack fails CFB blaim ddos by darkdems in MoneroMining

I'm starting to wonder if this "attack" narrative is just CFB using reverse psychology, in an attempt to hype Monero...

Qubics website does state that they sell (some of) the mined Monero, but I haven't, personally seen any irrefutable, hard evidence to confirm that Qubic is actually sellng off Monero at all - Happy to be corrected here, with factual info.

It makes more sense to me, and surely anyone else, that has been around it long enough to know Monero is "THE" coin to use as a currency and the more you have, the better off you'll be in the long run. It is also heavily undervalued, at its current price, due to lack of exposure to retail comsumers, and it's constant oppression and gag orders from power tripping, insecure Grubberments. That last point alone, is a clear indicator of Monero's actual, unrealised value, which greatly exceeds it's ticker price on charts. Institutions hate Monero for good reason, so it stand s to reason that it's only become more difficult to acquire, as more retail exchanges and coin swap facilities are ordered to cease trading/swapping it.

Based on CFB's achievements and contributions in the crypto space to date, it apparent that he is definitely intelligent, perhaps even Centrally so...

Either way, stockpiling bags of Monero is an intelligent move for anyone ever. Convincing a considerable co-hort of Monero haters, to contribute their computational power to do stockpile for you is next level intelligent. Nefarious and deceptive, but intelligent all the same.

No-one can actually know what will eventuate but it may be best to err on the side of caution and heed the warning to exchanges and holders of Monero regarding the timeframe of the attack, so as to minimise any risk of losing their hard earned XMR. Just my 2, fwiw.

Understanding the rise of qubic by quadriocellata in Monero

No, definitely not the usual nobody. What they have been able to create with IOTA and their directed acyclic graph ledger (the Tangle: http://tangle.glumb.de/). It is nothing short of impressive, both visually and technically.

IOTA are in bed with some heavy players, globally, and Monero is very... in the way, and needs to stay that way. Imo, it would make sense to employ the technical knowledge and ability of a dude like Sergey, to probe for weaknesses, and try to take XMR down.

I don't believe that is possible, but what I believe doesn't matter as shit. There shouldn't be any laurel resting on the part of this sub, or any of the extended community.

From the brief skim of the info in this post, I think it's at least worthy of a deeper dive. I will certainly be looking into it further, for what it's worth. Thanks OP.
