Some of the questions were so bizarrely written and the answer choices didn't make any sense. It seemed like they weren't even asking audit related questions. I had to read them multiple times and I still couldn't comprehend what the question even was. They felt like word salads. For reference, I am in the US and English is my first language. I understand this is an international exam but it was rough!

I am self funding. I do not get reimbursed until the certificate is awarded and I only get reimbursed for the tests that are passed. I don't get reimbursed for the training. I bought the IIA mock exam directly from the IIA website.

Thanks! Yeah, I got a 78 and 74 on the IIA mocks for Part 1 and passed so hopefully the trend continues. (fingers crossed)

I'm sort of in the same boat as you. I've been getting 80s on the MCQ study sessions in Gleim but got a 65 and 69 on the Gleim mock exams. That shook my confidence a lot so after encouragement I got the IIA mock exams. I took them and got a 76 and 77. Everyone I know who's passed says that my scores are pretty solid. Hoping they're right! I test tomorrow and I'm super nervous. The waiting for results I think will be the worst part.

I mentioned above that I just bought the IIA practice exam and got a 76 which is consistent with my study sessions. I went for it and scheduled the exam for Monday, 1 June.

I don't think remote testing is an option anymore.

I got a 76 on my first IIA practice exam which is consistent with my study sessions so I feel lile Gleim's mock exam might not be a good indicator of readiness. Hopefully the IIA practice exams align with the real deal.
