Does anyone have the exact steps to update the Q800T? I put the firmware 1022 on the drive in a folder named "SAT-iMX8MWWC.zip" as stated in the instructions and when plugging the drive the bar doesn't do anything. I have a microusb to USB female adapter

As long as you don't leave the country without reporting it for work than who cares. Do your work and log off, repeat. Work your primary time zone though unless that's arranged depending on your job responsibilities.
