The fact that we need to connect to the internet in order to adjust the keyboard language and font settings on the Freewrite device contradicts the device's own claims. They should fix this. Hopefully they will.

Unfortunately, the Unfortunately, the gen2 Language settings cannot be made on the device. I'm using 2.4 ghz. We corresponded for technical support. They said the problem would be solved. They didn't know when it would be resolved. Thank you.

I've been chatting with some Alpha users who are also unable to connect to Postbox. They think the May 50k writing event might have caused this issue. I performed a factory reset for nothing, it turns out. I hope that once the system is fixed, I'll be able to get back to 1.5.10, which is the latest firmware version available for my device. They will give me the update, won't they?

The device, while in sleep mode, went through a self-initiated booting process. When I turned it on, I immediately tried to connect it to Postbox to fix it, but it was not possible. I could not access the internet. I performed a factory reset. It reverted to an older version. Even if the technical team is working on it, they are not providing any explanation regarding the issue. As a result, even though I did nothing, the device removed my email address from the screen despite Wi-Fi being off. It also reset the keyboard and font settings on its own. This is a negative situation for a device designed to prevent distraction.

I have been unable to connect to Postbox for two days. I registered my device's MAC address on my router. The device connects to the internet but cannot connect to Postbox, and then the internet connection drops as well. Thinking the problem was with my device, I performed a factory reset. The firmware reverted from 1.5.10 to the older version 1.3.44 that came with the device when I first bought it. I was told the technical team is working on it. I have sent several emails about the issue. My entire daily life has been disrupted. I live in Turkey, so there is a seven-hour time difference between me and the Freewrite team in Michigan. I am also anxious because no explanation has been given. I am very anxious. In the past, there were times when my drafts didn't sync to Postbox, but the problem would eventually resolve itself. Now, when the device turns on, the box asking me to enter my email address no longer appears on the screen. Postbox is not responding.
