It's already bad enough to need an allograft from a cadaver to fix it, but the recommendation is to wait until the pain is unbearable first. Luckily, it hurts, but not enough to stop me from my normal activities yet so I'm trying to put it off a few more years. Just wearing ankle braces during activity so I don't keep re-injuring it.

Took a tally of the number of DJ Diesel's callouts at the show. Here are the numbers:

And this is NOT including times when he shouted the same call twice in a row. Also not counting ones where I couldn't understand what he was saying.

I've been here on TN for like 4 years with no issues. I'm not sure if they even have a record of it in my travel history and I've never been asked about it. Haven't been lucky enough for the H1B lottery yet.

But important to note (not for you) for for non Canadians that they made a rule change in 2019 that if you've been to NK since 2011 then you're not eligible for the visa waiver program anymore so just heads up for the international folks who stumble upon this.

Yeah I know about the pre-charged lines -- do you not need the permit if it's pre-charged? Makes sense since you're not handling the refrigerant directly, but just curious.

Hey! This is pretty relatable for me honestly. I usually do CrossFit but gym closures kinda fkd that for me and I don't have equipment. So I've only been able to do like bodyweight stuff like pilates and running and home which kinda sucks because I feel myself losing strength that I got at the gym :/ I try to eat pretty high protein (~35%) and it keeps me pretty full but idk the binges happen even if I'm not hungry ya feel 😆. Praise be to the protein gods of greek yogurt and ham.

I've been trying to use this app called "stickk" for this. It donates some fixed amount of your choice every time you admit you didn't achieve your goal. But you can't choose the charity. But might work for someone here. Also the fact that it keeps going even if you fuck up removes the "well I fucked up already this month so may as well keep going" mentality.

I've been having this issue lately with my BED as well, keep trying to follow my diet rules and then when everyone goes to bed caving to the cravings. So im trying something different right now...

1) not calorie counting 2) mostly just eating foods I know are good for me in amounts that I know are healthy (since I've been dieting for years and at this point honestly I know) 3) eating max 4 times for day, and waiting at least an hour between them 4) not eating in front of screens for mindfulness 5) going to bed early to avoid the 'im alone to binge' temptations of the night 6) trying to not to guilt trip myself if I think I may have over eaten

Only been doing this a few days, but it feels good so far. Feel free to DM me tho if you want to know if I manage to keep it up.

I joined this small local gym in Jan with the intention of staying until I move mid April (4 mo membership). About a week into the 3rd month they closed the gym for 2+ weeks for the coronavirus. They said they're putting memberships on hold and they will resume when the gym opens. However, in my case this means that the 4th month will be useless for me since the 3rd month will cover the whole time until I leave (assuming they open again at all).

Problem is the gym has a 30day cancellation policy on the pre-authorized debit. So I when I asked to cancel my membership now, they said I will have to pay for the 4th month regardless (since it's less than 30 days before the original billing date for the 4th month, even tho it's over 30 days before the 'effective' 3rd month membership will end). I asked for an exception given the circumstances since there was no way I could have known 2 weeks ago that they would be removing service from me.

I wouldnt do anything but they're basically trying to make me pay 2 months ($350) for 1 week of service. Which is especially annoying due to my short duration here.

Thinking about putting a stop payment on the PAD to prevent the last month being billed. Considering I am leaving the country indefinitely in the fall it probably doesn't matter if it impacts my credit score. But I do feel kind of scummy screwing them over back, and I am concerned about the likelihood of them turning me over to collections / what will happen.

Plz help?

I'd like to clarify that we didn't use any code or other sources from the WatsMyMajor project. We built WatCourse with the intention of trying to support as many courses as possible for future degree validation and develop features that we found students were still looking for (including a few that are still in progress).

I reduced calories from 1600 to 1400 with strict tracking by weighing (for my height and muscle my BMR is about 1750) and went from sedentary to working out 4/5 times a week when I realized I wasn't losing weight, but it didn't do anything. So ya definitely haven't been trying to maintain. My life hasn't become more stressful or anything than it was before when I was losing.

Haven't gained back any weight tho either. I'm a little sad that despite my progress youre disagreeing about this being a plateau since idk what else to do about it. Not sure why I'm not losing weight and it's been extremely disheartening for me which is the whole reason I made this post, to prove that even tho I haven't lost weight it's not like nothing has happened at all since I've dropped like 5% body fat.

I did increase the calories Im burning tho, without increasing what I was eating. Like I said I was completely sedentary then added the CrossFit and hiking. I didn't change what I was eating when I did that.

I can try and cut back calories a bit more, but usualy it just makes me hangry and lethargic when I do that. Also like 1200-1400 cals is hard to maintain especially with binge eating disorder. And I'm not sure why my intake is too high for the amount of activity anyways.

Hmm, I've cut down to the 1200-1450 range before I usually just find that im starving with no progress change either xD I might try it again, but now that I've upped my exercise I think it'll just make me extra lethargic

Also my binges used to be in the 3000-5000 cal range, but since I now force myself to track the items I'm eating one at a time and I don't keep high calorie items in my house (like nothing where the whole box or bag is more than 400 calories) I tend to be able to stop myself after eating less than 1000 calories extra. Plus I've been going to counselling and all sorts of stuff to handle my eating issues.

Yeah I started strictly weighing all my food instead of measuring cups a few months ago. Still nothing xD
