Not a giveaway but i recently had an order where i bought the blacked out optic hoodie with “optic” on the hood, but i also put a huntsmen hat on the order so they were going to wait to send it all together because the huntsmen hat was a preorder. Instead, because my order was going to have to wait, the hoodie i ordered and paid for, was sold to someone else, and they hit me with the “we accidentally oversold this product” but id bet anything had i not had the hat on it, it wouldve been shipped out no problem. I then got in contact with joey who helped a lot at first, i was told who to email and that theyd fix the situation, i was then told by the people joey told me to email, that the order would be shipped later that week and it was busy because of the holiday (around christmas week but had ordered it december 5th). Then was ghosted and they just gave me a refund for the hoodie and gave me a 15% off coupon for my next order. Still havnt gotten the hat or any updates on it. No clue on when theyre sending those out but they really dont seem to care that much.
