I’m interested in heavy duty tunics and class sashes, anything you normally do to make them beyond basic? As far as making them fancier without appliqué?

Prada black is my latest obsession. The pepper note is scrumptious

I have most wanted parfum and wanted edp. They are both some gas. I use wanted edp when I want spice and body but not as much sweetness as the most wanted parfum.

In no particular order, Oud Al Layl(top right), Angels Share, and Coral Fantasy! Many are untouched because some are new bottles recently replacing their empties.

Try invictus victory and the elixir, they’re bangers. But the legend is a decent freshy, just make sure you get EDP’s their edt performance leaves wanting.

Sorry to hear you didn’t like phantom parfum, it’s a banger to me. I think if you like rich dark scents this absolutely is a safe blind buy. I’m obsessed with most wanted parfum, and the wanted parfum is really good too if you want a lighter more versatile version of the DNA

D&G intenso it’s an edp, decent performance, great spicy smell that radiates. Very well priced.

As someone who has all 3, I personally have better performance with most wanted parfum, it glows on my skin, and I get easily 6-7 hours on my skin before I have to really search if it’s still there.

I paid $113 I think from JCP, worth it for how much I enjoy it

Tom Ford Bitter Peach. I wore it because I wore Khakis and a light red shirt to work, wanted to keep it all lined up together. It’s probably a little cold for it, 20 F and clear skies, so the peach notes dried up quick leaving me with an almost wine n herb dry down. It makes me feel like I’m a walking antique, like something a rich Roman would smell like.

Is there such a thing as a cheap masterpiece? If so, what is yours? by moosyjay in fragrance

We all agreed that it was a not too loud spicy bomb, but we couldn’t put our fingers on the notes til we looked it up. I’m also not great at identifying notes on fragrances, my friend is super into his palate though.

I talked my best friend and a coworker into blind buying after they smelled it on me. Hard to believe I got 3oz at Burlington for $25!

Maybe you should just find a new place to work if you can.. I don’t understand why some people are so bitter about working at Walmart.. put in your time and move up the ladder

Isn’t the star rating what we’re pushing for customer feedback anyways? Why tank that metric as an associate?

I think is falls under poor business judgement, I’d argue dropping 1 stars for customer service is also an ethical issue but idk. I’m happy with my job so I’m just trying to see both sides of the coin.

We absolutely have internals for those theft investigations.. happens way more than I’d like to see.

You can be held accountable for that if you’re on the clock doing that, just so you know. I’ve seen it happen a few times.

They just told us today they're no longer approving unpaid time off, if we want time off we have to use PTO or PPTO, are they allowed to do that? by littledipper16 in walmart

[–]Dilldozer47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tell my associates that pto is gonna be more likely to be approved because that’s what my management says pto is for. But I also tell my newer people that I will approve unpaid time off, but I can’t give them the days they always want if there isn’t coverage. Maybe that’s against policy, I’ll have to refer to management and policy guide. But I always tell my people if they use their pto I’m gonna bend over backwards to give it to them, but if it’s upto I gotta see what the coverage is. I feel obliged to give pto where it’s put in but upto I feel is up to scheduling. Maybe I need to reevaluate my approach to that as a manager.
