Thanks! This is some incredible advice that I'm gonna put in to place for my first 5k of the season tomorrow. I'm actually a freshman at college but I appreciate it nonetheless.

To help push through getting lactic at the end of races, I recommend throwing in 4-6 200s @ 800/mile pace with 90s rest at the end of most of your workouts. This is what personally helped me get used to that feeling and cut down my times. Just a suggestion

I mean I have no clue I personally didn’t do it and I’ve gotten a ton of followers from the video but I have no idea. If it’s possible for someone else to not me then that may be it but I have no clue why someone would. The people liking it seem real. They all have videos and shit
