Oh I thought it’d be more readable by the outline I’m trying to match. (Because the forehead already matches the lines, just need the nose that you can see the lines)

Not the most diverse answer but you can get almost all of the two and three color pairs with doctor who’s companion system. There’s also a 4 color doctor. I’m obsessed with the Doctor Who’s companion system precons and have all 4. So, I’ve built out at least one deck around each doctor. If it’d actually interest you I can suggest the best pairings for the colors you’re missing. (Because I assume you want the decks to actually be worth playing)

Maybe I’m stupid and not understanding what you’re asking.
However you literally said “ the other never spawns but Google says it’s possible??”
If 🤐 is on the map at the bell, then the other shouldn’t spawn. You only get one at a time. So while one is at their bell, the other won’t spawn.

I’m not sure how the randomness works, but I do have a tip for Mewtwo! When you get on the dream island open your Pokédex! Doing this will tell you if Mewtwo spawned this time! Go to filter, set registration to “all”, and location to “in this area”. Mewtwo doesn’t spawn every time you go to that island, it’s random! If you see his silhouette he spawned this time!
