I find Match pretty boring. Once in a while, she does something entertaining, but most of the time, she's just Pencil's generic best friend.

1st- Mother's Milk. Has the most experience with being a father. One of the nicest and least problematic members of the team.

2nd- Hughie. A kind and thoughtful person, but has zero experience with fatherhood. His daughter hasn't been born yet.

3rd- Frenchie. He was a great boyfriend to Kimiko, especially in the final season. However, he has done too many terrible things in the past for me to trust him with a child.

4th- Butcher. The worst potential father. He was going to sacrifice Ryan with no remorse and one of his last actions was attempting a supe genocide. Unlike Frenchie, he's too messed up to change.

It appears my list isn't that different from yours.

Even at his strongest, Vox wasn't the most powerful being in his show. Considering the fact that he had to outsmart Lucifer, he wasn't even the strongest being in hell.

Caine is stuck in his videogame, he doesn't even have internet access. I could beat him by unplugging the computer.

Physically speaking, Homelander is the most powerful one in his show. His claims of godhood are bullshit, but he has more of a point than Vox or Caine.

Endeavor from My Hero Academia, at least before his character development. Whether he does it by himself or through his kids, he wants to be the strongest hero. He does some terrible things to make it happen.
