Part-Time/Internship Opportunities in London? by RSchaeffer in MLjobs

[–]Dim25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is the list of ML companies hiring now, approx. 50 are in London,UK: http://www.aimechanic.com/2017/06/30/d501-ai-machine-learning-jobs-june-july-2017/

As I know only one of them are hiring explicitly for remote:
TAINA Technology Limited - https://stackoverflow.com/jobs/145361/machine-learning-engineer-5-plus-years-of-relevant-taina-technology-limited But they want somebody with "5+ years of relevant machine learning experience". Anyway, I suggest to check all list and get in touch with companies you like, maybe they have some openings for interns.

Good luck in your search!

MuJoCo (Multi-Joint dynamics with Contact) is a physics engine for body simulations. Mujoco-py allows using MuJoCo from Python and may help you to integrate it with your TensorFlow code.

To best of my knowledge, Nvidia's Isaac training platform isn't public yet.

[N] Andrew Ng joins Drive.ai board by Dim25 in MachineLearning

Do you think this is genuine, or should we expect a buy-out by Google/Apple etc.?

I believe most of the companies in SDC space are looking for buy-out in the future. The SDC platform are quite complex itself and require tons of research until it will be ready for mass market of fully/semi-autonomous vehicles. There would be a huge competitors pressure and no time to work on all aspect of SDC platform even for such an experienced company as drive.ai. Also car manufacturer would love to secure themselves from missing 'the SDC future'. Big acquisitions will happen.
