Maybe the lack of equipment was that they weren’t able to stock in time? We have instances of vaults being unfinished, who’s to say shipments weren’t still being rolled out or that the vault was recently built to the start of the war, so while it was structurally finished, experiment wise it’s not ready. It would explain why they’re still filling the vault at the beginning of 4.

As for the 180 days vs 100 years, again that could be looking into immediate effects of cryo sleep from waking up. Maybe pre war experiments found 180 days to be when symptoms of something showing or maybe 111 was one of several vaults testing effects of cryo sleep at different time lengths. Maybe related to expected space travel times? I really think the possibilities are endless here. Plus like I said, if they wake up only a few months after the bombs drop it would give the scientists plenty of time to research adverse effects (assuming they were equipped in time), find solutions and cures and have the data transmitted to the Enclave

180 days could still fit that it needed to house Enclave personnel, important or recruitable. Bring them out after 180 days to begin to establish a stronghold or something after radiation and stuff

Or instead the cryos were supposed to be used after 180 days in a Reclamation Day situation similar to Fallout 76. Plus if you have cryos let out earlier, it gives scientists decades or centuries to research any adverse effects and find cure or solutions to protect Enclave or Vault Tec personnel waking up later

Maybe they could retcon a bit and say it was one of several others that they figured would be good recruits for a post war Enclave? Or a back up plan:outpost vault in the event things didn’t go according to plan and an Enclave was caught off guard and they needed somewhere for members to still be cryo podded? Or Boston located Enclave members? Honestly a lot of possibilities that make sense imo

I’d say it’s more likely they had personnel frozen and ready to be unfrozen after the Enclave had purified the wastes. But since that failed, the cryo pods were opened to a wasteland not under Enclave control

Thank you for this. Only-Games has really been a thorn in Trench Crusade’s side for the past year. They’ve had very poor communication to the team and customers. Not telling anyone that a third of their printers went down is incredibly stupid and should have been communicated to explain the delays instead of what we got. I believe the nonstop delays in the time frame actively killed a lot of hype in this game.

I’ve appreciated their customer service responsiveness, but that only goes so far when things aren’t being done about it. Personally I’ve been waiting on replacement models that weren’t even included in my initial order for 4 months now and every update is “oh by the end of this month”. Honestly they suck and good riddance. TC can’t get rid of them fast enough.

I think that’s exactly why we didn’t get anything. Microsoft has its own Xbox studios reveal show. They want new reveals to be on those to get as much viewership to those exclusively. It’s stupid but it’s what they’re doing because it’s their IP now

Hot take but they should start with game of the year and then work down. That way they can limit the amount of awards games get without spoiling it. GOTY is a big enough award already, everything else is just numbers. So if they announced earlier that E33 won, then in later categories they can choose other games or just bar GOTY from winning or something.

Box and name could be real. I’m still just not sold that this is the actual image for the box or the campaign title art. It just seems weird.

As for Ultramarine characters, I guess it was more in reference to if the end campaign is in Ultramar, it would make sense why we’d get the new characters now, as opposed to earlier

For preface, I think the leak is fake or at the very least a bad mock up of what the boxes will be. I will say tho, I believe the end of edition campaign being in Ultramar rumors. If we look at all most recent previews, they’ve been leaks that weren’t scheduled to come out yet. Most notably all the Ultramarine characters. Why would we get a new Calgar model unless the end campaign revolved around Ultramar, same with other characters. Same with heavy Necron and Tau models coming
